Flat Iron Steak with Broccoli and Kiwifruit Salad
|1 packet||Silver Fern Farms Flat Iron Steaks|
|½ tsp||Sea salt|
|½ tsp||Fine salt|
|2||Kiwifruit, cut in half and quaters|
|2||Spring onions, thinly sliced|
|½ cup||Capsicum, thinly sliced|
|¼ cup||Coriander leaves, finely chopped|
Toss the steaks in olive oil, salt and pepper. Heat a frypan or barbecue and cook the steaks for 3 minutes each side. Transfer to a plate, cover and rest for 5 minutes.
Place the broccoli and salt in a saucepan. Cover with boiling water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Drain and refresh under cold water.
Combine broccoli, kiwifruit, spring onions, capsicum and coriander in a bowl.
In a jar combine the vinaigrette ingredients. Shake to combine. Pour over the salad ingredients and toss to combine.
Serve steaks with the Broccoli and Kiwifruit Salad.
