Fig, walnut and parmesan salad

Try this simple Greek salad with a tasty combination

Dressing

¼ cup Olive oil
2 Tbsp Runny honey
2 Tbsp Wine vinegar

Salad

5 handfuls Mixed salad leaves
8 Dried figs, sliced
1 cup Walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
½ cup Shaved parmesan

Directions

  1. To make the dressing combine the oil, honey and vinegar in a jar and shake well.
  2. Place the lettuce on to a platter. Sprinkle over the figs, walnuts, parmesan, salt and pepper.
  3. Just before serving pour over the dressing and serve.
