Maille Dijon mustard chicken wings with lemon, coriander cream
To celebrate Bastille Day, the Bite test kitchen has modified a recipe frpm one of our favourite premium French food brands, Maille.
- Put the chicken wings in a ziplock bag, add the garlic, chilli, honey, mustard and paprika. Mix well and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
- Place the chicken wings on a baking tray lined with baking paper and grill the chicken in a hot oven, turning occasionally until crispy. Turn oven down to 180C and bake for 15 minutes or until well cooked.
- In a bowl, mix the sour cream with the coriander and lemon juice and zest and season. Serve the sauce with the wings for dipping.
