Indian prawn and noodle soup

This delicious soup is Simon’s take on a quick cup of soup.
|1 Ltr||Chicken stock|
|1 Tbsp||Seasoning, Simon Gault Spice it Up Indian seasoning, more to taste|
|125 g||Dried vermicelli noodles|
- Bring the chicken stock to the boil in a medium-sized pot.
- Add the prawns and Indian seasoning, return to the boil and simmer gently for 1 minute.
- Add the noodles and simmer gently for a further 3 minutes. Remove from heat and mix through the coriander. Season with salt and pepper and serve
