Iced cream in a bag
This recipe is a household favourite for children and adults alike. Instant iced cream is something is like magic in a bag, turning the liquid into a frozen treat in about six minutes. The iced cream comes out in a soft-serve consistency and you can add any flavours you like. We used blueberries and fresh passionfruit. You need two resealable plastic bags, one large bag and one smaller bag.

- Place ice and salt into the large bag and shake briefly. Leave in the freezer.
- Place all other ingredients in the small bag and shake until combined.
- Make sure the small bag is sealed, and place inside the large bag with the ice. Seal the large bag and shake for 6 minutes. The iced cream should have a soft-serve consistency. If it doesn’t, place it back in the ice bag and keep shaking. Eat this however you like, with whatever you like.
