
Goat's cheese and herb dip

Warren Elwin does some cheesy entertaining.
Ingredients
1 clove | Garlic, crushed |
1 tsp | Salt |
½ cup | Thick plain yoghurt |
125 g | Soft goat's cheese |
100 g | Ricotta cheese |
1 | Lemon, zest and juice |
1 handful | Fresh chives, tarragon or coriander, chopped |
Directions
- To a bowl add garlic, salt, yoghurt, soft goat's cheese and ricotta. Beat until smooth.
- Add the zest and juice of 1 lemon, a handful of fresh chopped chives (tarragon or coriander) and season with fresh black pepper.
- Mix together well, and chill.
