
Simple Asian-style dressing
( MAKES ¼ cup )

Great over fish salads. Keeps 2-3 days in the fridge.
Ingredients
¼ cup | Light soy sauce |
2 Tbsp | Fresh lime juice |
1 Tbsp | Soft brown sugar |
1 Tbsp | Toasted sesame oil |
1 serving | Wasabi paste, optional |
Directions
Place ingredients in a screw top jar and shake well. Liven up with a little wasabi paste.
