Steamed greens with pistachio nut and kaffir lime butter

I love my greens and they are a must with every meal in our house. It only takes a few minutes to mix up this scrumptious butter — the surprise being the fragrant lime. Mix it in hot to any fresh seasonal greens.
- Mix butter, kaffir lime and nuts together.
- In a large pot of boiling salted water cook the beans for 1 minute, add the sugar snaps for 1 minute then the snow peas for 30 seconds.
- Drain well then return the vegetables to the pot, add the mixed butter and season with salt.
- Serve immediately on a pre warmed platter or bowl.
