These beautiful thin-stemmed "mini broccoli'' are the perfect cook-on-the-barbecue healthy green vegetable. They contain calcium, folate and iron, and are high in vitamin C. Charred, nutty and delicious served with either meat or fish, and the best bit — from fridge to table in less than 5 minutes, perfect.
- Trim broccolini stems to the same length. Toss in a bowl with oil and salt.
- Cook on a high heat until lightly charred and wilted.
- Serve garnished with greek yoghurt and sprinkle with smoked paprika or chilli flakes.
