Banana ice cream

We discovered this a few years ago and we have been obsessed ever since. Since finding out this magical way of making a quick dessert we have experimented with several different flavours.We have added frozen berries, passionfruit, peanut butter, coconut, honey and nutella (not so healthy but really good). Experiment with some of your favourite flavours.
- Peel and cut the bananas into even slices. Put the bananas in an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Once frozen, place in a food processor and blend until silky smooth, scraping down the sides once.
- Eat immediately with your choice of toppings or transfer to the airtight container and place in the freezer until you feel like a sweet treat.
