Using Warren’s marshmallow recipe, try making these puff’s
Make marshmallow puffs by cutting rounds of marshmallow (if you haven't already set round spoonfuls of them) and fresh sponge cake to the same size. Add jam or compote (we've used a fresh passionfruit sauce) to the sponge, top with the marshmallow, carefully dip in melted chocolate and set in the fridge or freezer. Add a crunchy topping to them as they set, such as nuts, coconut or brittle.
