Using Warren’s marshmallow recipe, try using a varity of toppings.
As well as icing sugar, try dusting marshmallow squares with cocoa powder, or a spicy drinking chocolate mix (we used Tio Pablo). Roll them in grated white or dark chocolate, toasted and/or coloured coconut, or 100s and 1000s.
