Gremolata the grove

Warren Elwin has taken liberties, twisting the gremolata idea to create toppings to add a healthy zing and maybe a bit of crunch to almost anything.
- Blitz walnuts (or pecans or hazelnuts) to a crumb and mix with the orange or grapefruit zest, chervil and ginger.
- Serve sprinkled on salads (shaved fennel or jerusalem artichoke), with roast chicken and pork chops.
