Geoff Scott’s low fat healthy muesli

This is a low fat muesli that is high in fibre and contains slow-release ingredients that will help keep blood sugar levels on an even keel. It’s not very sweet and it’s very filling so you don’t need to eat a lot to feel satisfied. The coconut, flax seed and spices all contain health promoting nutrients that are beneficial to your digestive system and in helping with weight loss. I like to make up a big batch that will last a couple of weeks.
Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
