Coffee LSA shake
The combination of linseed, sunflower seeds and almonds (LSA) has been enjoyed for its health benefits for many years. In a milkshake it makes for a great start to the day, especially with the combination of cocoa and coffee flavours.
- In a food processor or a blender, blitz all the ingredients (except whole almonds) together until smooth.
- Pour the shake mix into 4 glasses, then microplane or finely grate the almonds and dark chocolate over the top.
