Cheerio roll ups

These don’t last long – just think of them as a mini sausage sizzle!
- Preheat the oven to 200C.
- Remove the crusts from the bread and brush with melted butter, then cut in half to make two strips.
- Wrap each strip, buttered side out, around a cheerio and place on a lined tray, with the seam of the bread tucked under.
- Toast for 8-10 minutes until just golden.
