Peppered T-bone steak

- In a mortar and pestle, crush all the peppercorns.
- Season 1 large T-bone steak with flaky sea salt and liberally coat with the peppercorns.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan or griddle and quickly sear each side of the steak until coloured.
- Place pan in a hot oven for a few minutes, then remove and rest. Slice to serve.
