Orange and mustard ham glaze
Glazing a ham is not as hard as people think. In fact, you can use just about anything that’s sweet with good flavour – marmalade, maple syrup or honey.
- Combine the brown sugar, mustard, orange zest and allspice and add enough rum or water to make a paste.
- Pour into jars or bottles, add lids and chill. Keeps for up to 4 weeks in the pantry.
