Wild greens pesto
Using wild greens (from safe sources) to make a delicious pesto - yum! Because it’s dairy free it’s nice and light and cheap!!
- If you have a Vitamix you simply whizz it all together - easy. Otherwise it takes ages chopping, pounding in a mortar and pestle
- Keep it the fridge. Stir it through pasta, add it to salads or whack it on some crackers. It’s simply one of those useful things to have.
