Reader recipe: Traditional crockpot meatloaf

For the meat
|500 g||Mince, lean|
|500 g||Sausage meat|
|1||Onion, chopped well|
|2||Garlic cloves, crushed or chopped|
|1 dessert spoon||Curry powder, a level one|
|½ tsp||Mixed herbs|
For the sauce
- For the meat mixture, combine all ingredients well with clean hands. Season with salt and pepper. Place in crockpot which has been sprayed with oil.
- Mix sauce ingredients well and pour over meat.
- Cook in crockpot on low all day, at least 8 hours or longer.
