Doza's Sweet Chilli Pork & Apple
Beautiful moist pork dish!
- Peel the orange and cut into segments and put in nutri-infusion (blender) with about 5cm of the peel for zest, Cut the apples into segments and put in blender (skin on), Add the Apricot jam and blend until a paste, Scrape out into a jug and stir in the sweet chilli sauce mixing well (salt & pepper to taste). Pour some of the mixture into the bottom of the dish (with a lid) you plan to cook in, Place the chops in a single layer and pour the rest of the mixture on top, put lid on and sit in fridge overnight.
- The next day cook covered at 120-130 degrees (celsius) for 2-3 hrs (turning once an hour) or until meat is falling off the bone, serve with or without the juice and add your favourite veges!
