- Make a stiff blancmange with the milk and cornflour and allow to get quite cold.
- Beat well with sifted icing sugar. Add blancmange a tablespoon at a time, beat extremely. A cake mixer is ideal for this.
- Flavour with vanilla.
- Pour into serving bowl.
- Cover with whipped cream just before serving with delicious strawberries or mixed berry fruit salad.
