Family BBQ Meatloaf
Ive made this for years its easy its wonderful hot or cold .Always leftovers for teenagers in a sandwich or for dad for work .It more than easily feeds a family of four. Its versatile because you can add hard boiled eggs in the center ,grate zucchini or carrot into the mix its so easy to change if you've got vegetables in the fridge .If you've got bacon you can wrap a few rashers around .If you don't have tomato chutney or relish just use tomato sauce instead.Served with mashed potatoes and peas or cold with a salad .
