Egg 'n Onion
( SERVES 4 )
It is cheap, easy and delicious.
- Slice onions and place in pot on stove with oil and curry powder, salt and pepper. Cook onions, stirring frequently but do not allow to brown. Once onions are cooked, break in eggs one at a time, stirring vigorously until eggs are cooked.
- Serve with fresh bread or crusty buns.
