A balanced healthy meal for dinner
- Steak marinated with fish sauce , salt and pepper Cook the steaks for 3 minutes on each side.(until which done you like) Rest meat 4 minutes and kept resting juice a side Then julienne the meat.
- Place the slice meats and all vegetables in bowl add little sugar and fish sauce. Add the meat juice , collected from the time resting meat. Use fried rice vermicilli as a garnish on top
