Carrot cake oatmeal
A delicious and healthy way to have a real treat for breakfast
- preheat oven to 170 degrees celcius
- Mash the bananas and add grated carrot and wet ingredients.
- Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl and add to mixture mixing thoroughly
- Sprinkle the shredded coconut over the top to garnish
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, checking frequently until golden and crispy, yum!
