Pink peppercorn steak
Easy, tasty lifts steak from the everyday taste with so little effort.
- Cook scotch fillet or eye fillet in your usual way i.e. high heat 4 mins each side if thick Rest. Add pink peppercorns to pan juices & carefully cook for 1 min (don't allow to burn) add a good splash of red wine about a large glass, stir then add a half cup cream & bring back to heat (don't boil) serve over steak for a delicious meal.
