Mums tasty classic casserole
Simple... nostalgia! You cant beat the taste of a great piece of meat that falls apart in your mouth, that's oozing gravy and childhood memories!
- Chop up 2 cups of steak and dust with flour and fry to seal the meat. Chop up favourite winter veges like parsnips, carrots, potatoes, leaks and onions. Put all in a large Casserole pot and cover with beef stock and tinned tomato's Add in two cloves of garlic and sprig of rosemary.
- Put on Low heat and leave till meat is tender and veges are cooked. Enjoy the amazing smell of home cooking all day making your mouth water!
