Honey coated lamb kebabs
I love lamb and will eat it any way. Kebabs are easy to make and are a great summer meal because they can be cooked easily on the bbq and served with a salad for a quick, healthy meal.
- cut the lamb into cubes and place onto skewers. season with a bit of salt and pepper.
- Finely chop the herbs and then combine in a bowl with the honey and lemon zest and then coat the kebabs.
- grill the kebabs for about 2 or 3 minutes on each side.
- The kebabs can be served with rice or cous cous and fresh salad.
