Honey coated lamb kebabs

4.9 / 5 FROM 8

I love lamb and will eat it any way. Kebabs are easy to make and are a great summer meal because they can be cooked easily on the bbq and served with a salad for a quick, healthy meal.

Ingredients

500 g Lamb fillets
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Lemon zest
1 Tbsp Fresh rosemary
1 Tbsp Fresh thyme
1 tsp Crushed garlic

Directions

  1. cut the lamb into cubes and place onto skewers. season with a bit of salt and pepper.
  2. Finely chop the herbs and then combine in a bowl with the honey and lemon zest and then coat the kebabs.
  3. grill the kebabs for about 2 or 3 minutes on each side.
  4. The kebabs can be served with rice or cous cous and fresh salad.

Lamb Kebabs are just the best...make my mouth water just thinking about the tender meat let alone the flavor!
