Hot red blooded pizza
It tastes damn good!
- Slice the red onions and caramelize in pan with the butter and balsamic vinegar. While waiting prep the pizza base with pasta sauce mixed with a splash of worcestershire and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Then spread the onions on the pizza base, top with slices of mozzarella and cook in the oven (about 220c) for about 12 minutes, or when bubbly and browning and the base is cooked.
- Meanwhile, season the beef with salt and pepper and bbq quickly, so still rare in middle. Rest. Slice thinly, and spread over the hot pizza. Drizzle steak sauce over the top. ENJOY! (we do)
