Meat lovers roulade
Uses several meats woven together to form an unbeatable and unique flavour filled package, not to be missed.
- Mix Beef, eggs, Finly diced onions, diced Cornichons, mustard, salt and pepper together with a few dried herbs( rosemary, junniper, thyme)
- Strech out schnitzel and line with bacon, insert layer of filling and roll together- pins or wooden tooth picks needed to hold in place.seal quickly in a hot pan then pop into hot oven, about 200c for approx 30-40 minuts, braising with beef stock after 20 minutes until finisehed. Using juices and remaining stock to make a hearty gravey.
