Red and white
It is so easy to make, good to eat all year around and delicious!
- Rinse and pour the beetroot into an oven proof dish so that it covers the bottom.
- Use your hands to crumble the Feta over top of the beetroot.
- Cut the French stick into inch thick slices and spread the garlic butter on one side. Place the French stick slices over top of the Feta to completely cover the beetroot (like a pie crust). Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Place in the oven at 150 C until the bread is crusty and the cheese golden. Yum!!
