as it is sweet an tart,the right balance

Ingredients

1 bag Chips / wedges, use Bluebird family bag chips
5 Tbsp Butter, use the Anchor variety
¼ cup Plain flour
¼ cup Cream
250 g Dark chocolate buttons
2 large Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla essence/extract
⅛ tsp Salt

Directions

  1. melt the butter an crumb the sea salt chips.process together to a crumb.line flan/pie tin with this mix an bake in oven for 12 mins on 200.Take out when done an let cool.
  2. Combine in a pot/pan,the cream an choc chips on medium heat.whisk until completely smooth. Then add eggs,vanilla an salt ,whisk this in untill smooth. Pour mixture into cooled tart shell an bake at 180 for about 20 - 25 mins.
  3. let this cool .then cut an enjoy with clotted cream,raspberries or whatever you would like as a garnish. Just to let you know this is a very rich choc tart,but devine.
