Hi ping ming
( SERVES 4 )
It's been part of my 'eating life' for over 50yrs. My Mum used to make it for an easy Sunday evening dinner and then if there were any leftovers we'd make toasted sandwiches with it as the filling for lunch the next day. Quick and easy and ALWAYS tasty
