Vegetable chips: how to make
Carrot, parsnip and kumara are all vegetables that can be turned into delicious chips. While you could shallow fry, then season them, I recommend oven-baking for the healthiest result. In this case, cut them into long thin strips then toss in oil, salt and pepper before baking for 15 to 20 minutes. You could add some dried herbs too, or even a little ground nutmeg.
