
Chermoula

A Moroccan spice paste blended with oil that also contains fresh herbs and lemon juice and zest. It is used mainly as a marinade for fish. The spices used are paprika, garlic, cumin, coriander or parsley and sometimes there may be turmeric, cayenne pepper and chilli.
