How to stretch one chicken five ways
It’s a bit of a push but we have managed to make one whole chicken go five ways. Here's how:
1. First cut your chicken into pieces using Celia Hay’s step-by-step guide.
3. Any meat that may still be on the bone once the stock is made could be shredded for sandwiches.
4. The breasts can go a long way stuffed with a cream cheese, spinach, parmesan and wasabi mix and served with peanut slaw.
5. Legs and wings can be given the Fijian curry treatment – halving the recipe to just serve two.
